Whether you are planning a romantic evening for two or a corporate retreat for two thousand, Brindisi’s will attend to all of the details. Versatile banquet space, customized menus, decorations, and unique amenities are just a few ingredients that we will add to create the recipe for the perfect celebration.

The unique design of our restaurant permits several options for your event. Menus may be specially designed for your celebration so that guests will enjoy not only wonderful moments but also an unforgettable feast. We make every attempt to accommodate special dietary requests. Our staff can make recommendations from our extensive array of award-winning menu items.

Music
Set in a 1930’s New York City theme, we will work with you to create the ambience you are seeking for your special occasion, including tailoring our music to your taste. From our traditional jazz, big band, and the classics, to rock ‘n roll and the 70’s, we will make every effort to accommodate your musical as well as culinary tastes.

Photography
We work with many fine photographers to preserve the memories of your special occasion. We are fortunate to be in the heart of Saratoga Springs, where creating beautiful backdrops for all of your occasions is a part of our tradition.

Accommodations
Brindisi’s has established long-standing relationships with nearby hotels and bed and breakfast establishments throughout the area. Our knowledgeable staff will be happy to assist with referrals and pricing information.

Anytime, Anywhere
We know that party planning usually does not happen during the 9 to 5 workday. So at Brindisi’s our staff covers the restaurant 24 hours a day. Call us anytime with questions or to make reservations.

Fees
At Brindisi’s we want your event to be memorable. Our concern is providing you with first-class service and fare. We are a family-owned and operated business. We do not charge extra for cake-cutting, cork-popping, or pouring. We are honored that you have decided to share your special event with us and provide these services at no additional charge.

Libations
Bar service is included in our in-house service. You choose the manner in which we serve your guests. Whether you guests choose to take advantage of our award-winning Happy Hour, or whether you have decided to pick up the tab, our staff will take care of the details.

For catering bar service may be provided for an additional charge based on consumption and hours. New York State law requires advance notice for off-site licensing, so please be certain to let us know 45 days in advance if your catered event will include alcoholic beverages.

Brindisi’s wine selection is superb. We are also happy to special order for your party. However, should you wish to bring your own wine, Brindisi’s does indeed permit you to bring your own. There is no additional fee for this.

Brindisi’s is extremely proud of our customized beverage menus, created specifically for your event. Most popular with Bachelorette and Wedding parties, these customized menus are excellent keepsakes for your event and permit you to “create” drinks named especially for your occasion. Ask for details.
