The restaurant’s owner and chefs have put their heads together to redesign the Brindisi’s menu to include the best of the old and the new. The expanded menu is being billed as “The Real Deal Menu,” combining authentic Italian taste with the traditional Italian-American flavors of Utica, New York.

Chef Kevin, a Certified Executive Chef who has cooked for former First Lady Barbara Bush, is a two-time gold medal winner of the National Society of Culinary Philanthropy.

Chef Tim, a graduate of New England Culinary, has studied culinary arts in Europe.
